* Premium graphics requires a $25 per year subscription or a lifetime membership which can be purchased above. Yearly subscriptions will renew automatically every 12 months unless you cancel the subscription. You can cancel anytime. Email support@ezappsinc.com to cancel.

* You may use your login id and password to login on multiple devices. NO refunds are given after a user has logged in and viewed premium content.

* You may share our premium graphics with friends, family or on your social media providing you don't alter the images in any way.

* The app will automatically remember your login and password and keep you logged in while on the same network.

* We reserve the right to add, remove or modify premium content at anytime. This service is only available for Atlantic basin storms that threaten land.

* Premium graphics are updated when the NHC releases a full storm advisory which is done every 6 hours for an active storm. We rely on data files from the NHC and most times they are updated in app within 20 minutes. We update them as quickly as we can once the data files are released by the NHC.
